Hello and welcome to Parish Church Kitchen. My name is Sam Astle and I have been the cook for 3 years. I have one glamorous assistant, Rachael, and she has also worked in school for the past three years.

We make lunchtime a relaxed and happy time for all the children. We always give a choice of a meat and vegetarian choice on offer every day.  There is a choice of puddings and fresh fruit is always available as an option.  Water is served with school lunch to ensure our children are hydrated.

We invite paren  to lunch with their children and try out our new menus. We encourage the children to try new foods but do not make children eat anything they don't like.  Ocasionally, we have special events and celebrations such as our recent and well attended Pizza Party.  In March we had birthday cake when we celebrated the school Centenary celebrations.

I am in the kitchen from 9 a.m. - 1.30 pm if you would like any more information about our school lunches or wish to discuss your child's dietary requirements. Please do not hesitate to call in for a chat.
